Legal Affairs Department of RSE “National Center for the Quality of Road Assets” is composed of 3 divisions: Division of Legal Support, HR Division and Division of Procurement and Contract Support.
The job of the Department is to conduct claim-related work, to consider draft contracts and other documents to their legality and to protect the rights and interests of the Enterprise, to conduct legal reviews of documents and to enforce the legislation in the implementation of Enterprise activities, including its branches.
Also, the Department is in charge of HR records keeping. In accordance with the law military register and records in respect of Enterprise’s workforce are kept. Nowadays works on promotion of workforce are carried out. Jointly with the HR manager the Department takes part in training programmes and activities to enhance motivation of the employees and ensures high-quality performance in corresponding recruitment activities.
Legal Affairs Department is also responsible for government procurement which includes: development, adjustment and disclosure of procurement plans for the year, conduct of all relevant procurement proceedings from announcing to entering into a contract.
The main objective of the Legal Affairs Department is to prevent violations of existing legislation when implementing examination activities.
